At Ecom Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our video ad creatives. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our services.
Our promise: Pay only if you like it. When you order a video ad, you first receive it with our watermark. If you are not satisfied with the creative for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund — before the final, watermark-free files are delivered.

Included revision rounds are intended to resolve concerns before final delivery. We encourage you to use your revisions to get the creative exactly right.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Revisions cover adjustments to pacing, hooks, captions, and edits within the original scope of the order. Requests that go beyond the original brief (for example, a completely new concept or product) may be treated as a new order.
To request a refund, email us at ecomsolutions.click@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests promptly.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Shopify Affiliate note. The "$1/Month" Shopify offer and any store subscriptions are provided directly by Shopify, not by Ecom Solutions. Ecom Solutions participates in the Shopify Affiliate Program and may earn a commission when you sign up through our links, at no additional cost to you.
Any billing, cancellation, or refund related to a Shopify subscription is handled by Shopify under their own terms and refund policy. Please contact Shopify directly for those requests.
