1. Services

Ecom Solutions creates video ad creatives for use on paid advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. We provide creative production only. We do not run, manage, or buy media for your ad accounts. You are responsible for running the ads in your own accounts.

2. Orders and Payment

Prices and package details are listed on our website and may change at any time.
Payment is required as described at the time of order.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use any product details, footage, brand assets, or materials you provide to us.

3. Delivery and Revisions

Estimated delivery times are provided per package and are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds within the original scope of the order. We first deliver a watermarked preview; the final, watermark-free files are delivered after the creative is approved.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate product information and any required materials in a timely manner.
Ensure you have the rights to all content you supply to us.
Comply with the advertising policies of the platforms where you run the creatives.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery, you receive the rights to use the delivered video ad creatives for your advertising. Ecom Solutions may display non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party stock, music, or assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. No Performance Guarantee

We focus on creative quality and structure built for testing and scaling. No agency can guarantee advertising results. Final performance depends on factors outside our control, including your product, offer, pricing, budget, targeting, and platform conditions. Nothing on our website or in our communications should be taken as a promise of specific revenue, sales, or returns.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Shopify Affiliate Program

Affiliate disclosure. Ecom Solutions is a participant in the Shopify Affiliate Program. When you click certain links on our website (such as the "Get Store" or "$1/Month" offers) and sign up for Shopify, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Shopify is a separate company. Any Shopify account, subscription, billing, and the "$1/Month" promotional offer are governed entirely by Shopify's own terms and policies. Ecom Solutions is not responsible for Shopify's services, pricing, availability, or any changes to their offers.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the policies of advertising platforms. We reserve the right to decline or stop work on any project that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecom Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
